If we're not there for your repair when we say we'll be, whatever service or scheduled maintenance you were expecting is free.

If we learned nothing else in our more than fifty years in business, we learned time is money.

A few common questions answered:
Q: What does this guarantee cover?
A: The guarantee covers whatever the customer has booked in that appointment. Example: If the customer's air conditioner is not cooling then Chapman's will cover whatever it takes to get the unit cooling within our means that day (for instance- if it is a part or component that we have to order (not in our van, shop or Columbia) such as compressor or special motor it does not fall in what we can get cooling that day and the customer will receive the diagnostic free but not the part).
If it is a maintenance visit then they will receive a free visit. They will receive an additional visit on their agreement.
It does not cover any parts or equipment that the customer chooses to add (such as a humidifier, specialty filters, new coil, etc.).
Q: Does weather interfere with the guarantee?
A: Yes, severe weather does interfere with the guarantee. Severe weather to us means lightening, ice or snow impeding the roads and making it unsafe for us.
Q: What if a customer wants a specific technician?
A: If a customer requires a specific technician than we will most likely quote them a larger time frame. It still remains "when we say or you don't pay" with whatever time frame we tell the customer.
Q: Does this guarantee include emergency service?
A: No, we do not quote specific times on emergency service. And this will not cover any emergency service time.
Q: What type of appointment does this cover?
A: This guarantee covers any service & maintenance appointments.
