"We came home from our Christmas vacation to NO HEAT! Chapman came out to our house on New Year's Eve to diagnose the problem and give us options. the installers were there on two days- battling blizzard and sub-zero temps to get our new furnace up and running. "Our heating system consisted of 2 very old furnaces from when our house had been a duplex. As a single family dwellling now, Tate helped to figure out how to have 1 new, smaller, more efficient furnace installed and was able to add air conditioning too. We'd had others look at the system and say it couldn't be done. We were thrilled after talking to Tate. He was a thoughtful problem-solver who knew there was a way to do this. Arron and Wayne were the installers, answering our questions and striving to find the best way to set up the new system. The new system is tidy and compact. All the debris from 2 large, old furnaces disappeared. Our renters say they can tell a big difference in the heating, it's much warmer. Our experience with Chapman was excellent.
